Shipping fees are charged at checkout as follows:

Orders are shipped from Japan.

Dispatch Timing

Orders are dispatched within one week after payment confirmation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled free of charge within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours, a 10% cancellation fee will apply.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the case of an initial movement defect.

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  
• Returns for reasons other than defects are not accepted.

All watches are covered by a 1-year warranty, limited to movement-related issues.
