Shipping policy

ARC & Co. ships orders from Japan. Orders to the United States are shipped via DHL. Other international orders are shipped using the available international shipping service. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Processing time

Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 business days of purchase. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Taxes, duties & customs

For orders delivered within Japan, displayed product prices include applicable Japanese consumption tax.

For orders delivered outside Japan, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and local taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier or local customs authority before or upon delivery.

Tracking & customs delays

Tracking information will be provided after dispatch. International delivery times can vary depending on destination and customs processing. ARC & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or for import charges imposed by the destination country.
